ABSTRACT

They are visual measurement tools (Figure 1). Sheet #1 aims to measure the emotional responses of a user while he or she is interacting with a product. Sheet #2 aims to measure physical responses of users. On sheet #1, the user’s emotional responses are measured according to a Likert-type scale: I feel this to some extent (10%); I feel this (40%); I feel this very much (70%); and I strongly feel this (100%). On sheet #2, the user’s physical responses are measured according to a similar Likert-type scale: I suffer somewhat from this (10%); I suffer from this (40%); I suffer from this very much (70%); and I strongly suffer from this (100%). Through using these sheets, participants will be able to recognize all emotional and physical responses in two differentiated components; qualitative and quantitative.
