ABSTRACT
In Chapter 13 we complete the inductive step of the grand inductive scheme begun in Chapter 9. This finishes the proof of Theorems 9.1, 12.4, 12.6, and firmly establishes the existence and properties of the infinite family {D*}*>o of spaces.
