ABSTRACT

In the past, Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) provision specific mandates on delivering graduates with specific skills in general terms. However, the demands from the competitive environment in education and the graduates’ future employers drive HEIs to redefine their strategies, institutional mandates and the redesign of curriculum delivery incorporating the use of technology simulations to deliver an enhanced level of service. This in turn redefines the HEI student-customers’ experience and passage of rites.
