Cellular coverage and capacity as well as electrical consumption are key aspects in cellular systems. ˆe cellular coverage is related to the necessary balance made by operators between costs and quality/service availability. Currently, there are still some geographic zones where, due to di‡cult propagation conditions or low population density, the coverage is weak or even inexistent.
