ABSTRACT
Scrum is an agile development framework focusing on collaborative teams of developers who build so¨ware in close contact with someone who knows exactly what the so¨ware feature needs to be able to do. Using empirical process control, Scrum teams set short-term goals and then modify their approach day a¨er day until they attain the best results that they are able during the iteration time box.
