Analyzing Genetic Diversity in Small, Isolated, and Developing Populations

Numerous excellent treatments describing the population genetics of small populations are available (e.g., Hartl and Clark 2007; Hedrick 2010; Young et al. 2000; Frankham et al. 2002), and only a cursory review of central issues will be presented here.
