ABSTRACT
In order to determine the structure and evaluate the physical property and biological activity of a natural product, it needs to be purified. However, the purification of natural products is a relatively tedious and time-consuming work, even with the unceasing development of separation technology today. Once an interesting natural product is identified, it is critical to find a low cost and effective separation method to isolate the compound. The extraction and separation of natural products are important in natural products chemistry.
