ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION This chapter focuses on the diagnosis and nonsurgical treatment of infertile male patients with anejaculation (AE) and retrograde ejaculation (RE). Relevant studies were identified as outlined in our previous publications (1,2). Regarding general diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of male infertility and hypogonadism, reference is made to other chapters of the EAU/ESAU Clinical Andrology Course Guidelines and to established andrology textbooks (3).
