ABSTRACT
In Chapter 10, we explored the methodology of life cycle assessment (LCA)
in conjunction with a case example on the treatment of sulphur dioxide
emissions from metallurgical smelters. In this chapter, we explore some
additional case studies drawn from previous work dealing with life cycle
inventory data for utilities and an LCA study of diesel desulphurisation.
