ABSTRACT
The successful classification of strongly interacting particles (or hadrons) in the scheme of eightfold way and the subsequent discovery of the quark model answered the question of which hadrons have similar properties and what they are made of. The question of the dynamics of the interaction of hadrons remained unanswered (or alternatively, had multiple answers).
