ABSTRACT
The need for comprehending the project as a whole, as a dynamic process, and from different points of view gets more and more relevant. The project manager as “communicator” should also be able to get attention at the right time from the right people. The project can be seen as a set of stories that are recounted “to believe”: the sponsor, the project manager, from the start everyone co-operating in the project speaks of the things they would like to see happening in the future. Depending on the implemented technologies, possible narrations and the opportunities of reanalyzing the history of the project completely change. Many people can co-operate in the documentation of the project’s history, within dedicated areas and offering contributions according to their own competencies. In general the things said during the development of a project become more and more determined.
