ABSTRACT
The ethical decision is one which conforms to the rules of conduct of members of a profession. Rules would never be made if there were not some instances where individuals acted in a manner that others thought was wrong. It is not always easy to make ethical decisions. This is particularly so when the ethical course costs more.
