ABSTRACT
While it is the purpose of this chapter to talk about the ethics of business, it should be understood that this is in the interest of bringing the subjects of quality, busi ness and ethics together. It may seem that some of the examples are more quality ethics and less business and some are just the opposite, more business and less quality, and some are rather general questions that relate to subjects that have been in the news recently.
