ABSTRACT
Introduction Commissioning installed environmental control systems is one of the most im portant phases of the design and implementation process in relation to systems performance. After months or years of effort, from the early stages of project definition and justification through design and construction, the completed job has to go through its final phase-Commissioning and Quality Assurance of the installed system prior to turning it over to the owner for standard operation and building occupancy.
