ABSTRACT
Introduction Environmental controls systems acceptance should be a continuous process throughout the design, development, and implementation phases of the project. The owner’s representatives should be part of the entire process, participating in the review and approval process of every major step of the project. By the time the commissioning process is completed and the commissioning reports have been reviewed by the review team, there should be no surprises for the fi nal walk-through. It is as if the job had been turned over to the owner’s O&M personnel one segment at a time.
