ABSTRACT
The Burj Al Arab (The Arab Tower) hotel was built in 1999 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This project was conceived at the very top of the UAE government as a venture that would assist in transforming the country and the state from an exclusively oil-based economy to the trade-and tourism-based market.
