ABSTRACT

Challenging economic, nancial, and social conditions force organizations to gain competitive hedge optimizing operations and implement change. Such change must be orchestrated through portfolio management to ensure its high alignment to business strategy, mission, goals, and objectives; it must genuinely put emphasis on eective governance and compliance while leveraging best practices and managing risks. However, to get value for money, organizations must place communication on the forefront enabling controlled, secured, and seamless ows with whomever is concerned, whether collaboration relates to normal work or project portfolio, whether communication is internal, or involves external entities such as partners, vendors, customers, authorities, bloggers, journalists, etc.
