ABSTRACT
Single-molecule devices may play an important role in future
molecular electronics, like current solid-state devices in micro-and
nanoelectronics, when the devices possess interesting electronic
properties and can be modeled with circuit models that fit in the
general circuit description used in today’s electronic information
processing.
