ABSTRACT

Problems in hydraulic systems generally can be defined as relating to flow, pressure, or direction of flow. They manifest themselves in the form of noise, vibration, heat, or leaks. These manifestations can frequently be detected by the human senses of sight, touch, and hearing. These senses are controlled by our brain, which has a great capacity for analyzing and arriving at judgment decisions. Thinking is the starting point for troubleshooting. Acting follows immediately thereafter when the thought process has reached the mature judgment stage.
