ABSTRACT
He developed chronic kidney failure and eventually required end-stage support. After 3 years of hemodialysis he received a successful kidney transplant at the age of 54 years.
At the age of 65 years he was admitted with acute coronary syndrome and underwent coronary angioplasty with stenting. He was discharged on simvastatin 40 mg/day for lipid lowering.
