ABSTRACT

Techniques for studying the structure and properties of lipid vesicles

and some other lipid self-assembled structures range from direct

visualization (optical, electron, or atomic force microscopy) to

scattering techniques, among them light scattering (LS), small angle

neutron scattering (SANS), and small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS)

(Rappolt et al., 2004; Rappolt and Pabst, 2008).
