ABSTRACT

Sleeping, which accounts for one third of our lives, provides rest and comfort, and also plays an important role in restoring the brain and body from fatigue [1, 2]. As the ability to sleep diminishes with age, our ability to restore the brain and body from fatigue, our health declines. In Japan, where society is aging dramatically, promoting good health is an important national issue, and some administrative institutions are starting to address the matter [3]. Monitoring of the transition of sleep quality at home is important for preserving good health and preventing sleep-related diseases..
