ABSTRACT

One of the most important achievement of chemical physics and may be of the whole chemistry of the X:Xth century is establishment of the fact that chemical transfonnation1 represents complex process consisting of a great number of various elementary acts of various nature with participation of labile highly active intermediate particles, ions, free radicals, excited partcles, etc .. Correspondingly kinetics and mechanism of chemical transfonnation consist of complex set of macroscopic stages corresponding to various stages of chemical transfonnation describing by various physical-chemical models, various mathematical formulations.
