ABSTRACT
In the past decade, electronic nose (e-NOSE) system has generated much interest for its potentiality in application to a wide variety of many manufacturing fields such as beverage and food manufacturing, fragrance and cosmetics production, environmental monitoring, robotics, process monitoring, chemical engineering and medical diagnosis. The e-NOSE system is an electronic instrument typically with signal-processing and pattern recognition system, that capable of detecting and identifying (recognizing) many gases and odors.
