Structure The appearances are those of an exophytic, wart-like mass on the labia, a hard or firm zone of induration, or an ulcer with firm, rolled edges.The tumour is a well-differentiated squamous carcinoma, the cellular features of which closely resemble those encountered in other sites (pp. 296, 303).
