ABSTRACT
Adrenal pathology is uncommon in children and therefore few large series of laparoscopic adrenalectomies in children have been reported. However, with increasing familiarity with laparoscopic techniques and the development of smaller instruments, laparoscopic adrenalectomy in the pediatric population is rapidly replacing the open technique as the gold standard.
