Tip: Look for costal osteomas (expanded posterior aspect of ribs with thinned cortices).

Tip: The radiographic signs are outline of the falciform ligament, a triangular collection of gas in Morrison’s pouch and Rigler’s sign (air outlining both sides of the bowel wall).
