ABSTRACT
Film 21 Slipped right capital femoral epiphysis. Tip: There is posteromedial displacement of the femoral head. The line of Klein (a line drawn along the superior edge of the femoral neck) fails to intersect the femoral head. The epiphysis appears smaller due to posterior slippage. Males are affected more than females.
