ABSTRACT
Film 22 Unicameral bone cyst in left proximal femur. Tip: This is a well-defined expansile, lucent lesion, located centrally. It occurs in the humerus or femur (60-80%). The cyst is found in the proximal metaphysis adjacent to epiphyseal cartilage. It migrates into the diaphysis with bone growth.
