needs. • Co-workers have equal ownership of the group. • Mutual understanding that each co-worker has special skills to offer that the other may not possess. • Each co-worker is committed to the whole of the group’s existence. • Each co-worker is committed to identifying a mutually agreed supervisor and to attending regular
supervision. • Tasks are shared between the co-workers. • Co-workers must recognise and accept the ‘role model’ factor in running the group. • Mutual trust, respect and honesty must be established between the co-workers and reflected in the group.
