Remember the 3 Ps:
● Predisposing factors ● Precipitating factors ● Perpetuating factors.
Consider biological, psychological and social causes and cross-tabulate these with predisposing, precipitating and perpetuating factors (see Table 5.1)
Candidates are not expected to ‘fill in’ every one of the boxes in Table 5.1, but you will have had to think about each.
