ABSTRACT
Twenty years ago acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) was recognized as a distinct illness. During the subsequent pandemic, it has become essential for neurologists, as well as other physicians, to be familiar with the spectrum of associated disorders. Among these, neurological illness is common.
