ABSTRACT
A separate independent direction has been formed in theoretical studies of non-equilibrium processes accompanying the passage of fast particles through a crystal – the local theory of channeling. In the works in this direction [11,12,38] special attention is paid to the derivation of local transport equations and the calculation on the basis of these equations of the kinetic characteristics of the system, i.e. diffusion functions and energy losses of particles.
