ABSTRACT
Plain chest radiographs typically demonstrate a smooth, spherical, paratracheal or hilar solid mass without calcifications. If airway communication or infection is present, an air-fluid level may be seen. Displacement of adjacent airway structures is commonly observed. More often than not, these cysts are unilocular, however, a honeycomb appearance is seen with some forms of this lesion.
