ABSTRACT
Personally, I am and always have been drawn to all things celebrity. If I hear a celebrity is in the neighborhood, there is no way I could not somehow change my behavior to up my odds of making a sighting or perhaps an introduction. I do not want or need anything from them; I just think that popularity is interesting and fun, and apparently I am not alone. I have worked for some of the wealthiest people on the planet, and sometimes our trips with them are very exciting. When I come home and try to tell a story about those experiences, though, people’s eyes soon glaze over. However, if I come home after having had a boring trip with a celebrity and their family vacation, I not only have the listener’s full attention but they also grill me on every detail.
