ABSTRACT
In general, climate is defined as the mean and variability of relevant atmospheric variables such as temperature, humidity, precipitation, and wind. Therefore climate can be viewed as average weather over a long period of time. The climate in a given region is determined by both natural and anthropogenic (human-made) factors. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) glossary definition is as follows:
