ABSTRACT
Natural polymers are materials which are highly adaptable to their circum stances. They are also materials having appropriate reactivity because of functional groups such as hydroxyl groups. Accordingly, natural polymers having more than two hydroxyl groups per molecule can be used as polyolys for polyurethane (PU) synthesis.
