ABSTRACT
The objective of this book is to take the reader from processes
and equipment that are commonplace in a microelectromechanical
systems (MEMS) research and development (R&D) laboratory,
where the demonstration of principles is paramount, to their
application in an industrial environment, where cost may determine
the success of the product in the marketplace.
