domains (black spots) (A’) represents an amplitude reduction due to the

specific binding between Fc molecules on the AFM tip and FcγRs on

the cell surface. During cell surface blocking with free Fc fragments, the

topographical image remain unchanged (B), whereas almost all recognition

spots disappear (B’).
