ABSTRACT
Nonsurgical methods include transarterial chemoembolization (TACE), systemic chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, immunotherapy, various local ablative therapies and radiotherapy. This chapter will focus on the use of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in the management of advanced HCC, as well as review their roles in adjuvant and neoadjuvant therapies.
