What is so special about such environments compared with, say, a plant production «oor? Well, the school, of‰ce, or retail environment is not more important than any other. But many facilities have only of‰ces, or of‰ces combined with classrooms, a sales «oor, an open retail environment, or a production facility. The of‰ce areas may or may not represent the entire business, but even if not they are an integral part. Whatever the circumstances, they can have unique issues.
