ABSTRACT

There is no question that we are living in the technological revolution, much like the industrial revolution in the early 1900s. We have access to more information than at any other time in the history of man. With the sim ple accessing of the Internet, you can roam the national libraries of foreign countries or interact with an acquaintance on another continent. As our tech nology continues to evolve and become more directed, the opportunities for learning will be mind boggling.
