ABSTRACT
The main environmental consideration regarding the distribution of the product from the manufacturer to the end user is the fugitive dust generated during various stages of product handling, storage, and transport. Without appropriate control measures, there can be excessive dust formation and emissions from the various stages of storage, handling, and transportation systems. Following are some of the measures that have been developed in attempting to minimize dust generation in these systems.
