ABSTRACTPowdersampleswithvolumemediandiameterrangingfrom15-25llffi withdifferentstandarddeviationsweretestedtoexaminehowPSDinfluencestheQ/M distribution,flow,andtransferefficiencyofapowder,andfinallytheappearanceofthe filmsonpolymercoatedmetalpanels.EvenwithaminordifferenceofPSDwithina narrowparticlesizerange,asignificantdifferencewasobservedintheflow,charging, transferefficiency,andappearancecharacteristicsofclearcoatpowders.
