ABSTRACT
Genus Antirrhinum belongs to family Scrophulariaceae. For horticultural purposes, Antirrhinum majus cultivars have been divided into three groups: tall - 60-90 (120) cm, medium-20-40 cm and dwarf-up to 20 cm (Bailey, 1969; Cavendish, 1969; Fogg, 1972). Since only tall cultivars can produce high-quality cut flowers, only this group of snapdragons is discussed here.
