ABSTRACT
The interest of a study on mortar rather than on pure paste resides in the fact that it allows to take into account the strengthening of bindings between cement grains and aggregates, from the smallest to the largest, which, as everyone knows, plays an important role [4]. This role can be made obvious if we change the mineralogical nature of aggregates.
