Engineering communication - current view on past and future

In construction industry, it is not enough to cre-

ate information, but it is also important to find and

retrieve information, as it can save a lot of time

and money (Turk 1997). There has been an enor-

mous success of the World Wide Web, and part of

its success is also the practicability and flexibility

of the Internet in retrieving information.
