Cardiff Arms Park is one of the most famous rugby grounds in the world and the National Stadium on this site is owned and controlled by the Welsh Rugby Union. The Welsh Rugby Union is the controlling body for rugby in Wales involving 220 clubs and a further 175 affiliated clubs throughout Wales.
