ABSTRACT

Penaeus monodon (Rosenberry, 2003). By contrast, the Australian industry had a total production of 3,6% tin 2001-2002 (ABARE, 2002). P. monodon is the dominant species in Australia, accounting for > 60% of the total value of production. The other species currently farmed in Australia are P. merguiensis and P. japonicus (O'Sullivan and Dobson, 2000).
