ABSTRACT
Yes, everything comes to an end. That includes this book, this writer, and home working. Home working can end for individuals or for organizations. Individuals may not
work out either as employees or as home workers; they may lack the competencies, discipline, and/or the skills to succeed or to function at home. There may be a crisis, like a divorce or a fire that destroys the home environment. Or employees are laid off, organizations are downsized, liquidated, subsumed, or sold; the subsuming or acquiring organization may have a different way of doing home working or may not want to do it at all.
